& Refund Policy

1. General Terms
i. Clients are required to complete the Client Registration & Health Declaration Form truthfully before any session begins.
ii. All services are for wellness and relaxation — they do not replace professional medical treatment.
iii. By proceeding with the booking, clients confirm they are in good health and fit to receive massage or related services.

2. Service Setup & Equipment Policy

i. All treatments are conducted as house-call services at the client’s preferred location.
ii. Clients requesting a portable massage bed may do so for a one-time transport and setup fee of S$80.
iii. The bed will remain at the client’s premises until the completion of the full package and will be collected after the final session.
iv. Clients are required to provide a clear space of at least 100 cm × 250 cm to accommodate the bed setup comfortably.

3. Booking Policy

i. All appointments are scheduled through the official booking portal or confirmed via WhatsApp.
ii. Session timing is subject to therapist availability and travel time between locations.
iii. Clients will receive confirmation once full or deposit payment has been made.
iv. Bookings are not final until payment is received and confirmed by Aida Pristine Beauty.

4. Payment Methods

i. Stripe (Credit/Debit Card) – Instant online checkout.
ii. PayNow / PayLah – Instant local transfer.
iii. Atome – 3-month, interest-free installment plan, subject to approval.
iv. Full payment made in advance confirms your booking.
v. For Atome or GrabPay PayLater users, all deferred payments are handled directly by the payment provider — Aida Pristine Beauty will not intervene once processed.
vi. All transactions are securely processed through Stripe, Atome, or GrabPay.
vii. All prices are quoted in Singapore Dollars (SGD).
viii. E-receipts are available upon request after each session or package payment.

5. Reschedule Policy

i. Clients may reschedule appointments via the booking portal with at least 24-hour notice.
ii. For changes made less than 12 hours before the appointment, please contact us directly through WhatsApp.
iii. Therapist lateness due to unforeseen travel conditions will be given a 10-minute grace period, with immediate notice provided to the client.
iv. Clients will not lose their booking or payment if the therapist reschedules due to illness or emergency.

6. Cancellation Policy

i. Cancellations are accepted with more than 24-hour notice before the scheduled session.
ii. Clients who wish to cancel and rebook may request to change to a later date, subject to therapist availability.
iii. If a therapist is unable to attend due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, clients will be notified promptly and the session will be rescheduled at no cost.
iv. Repeated last-minute cancellations may affect future booking eligibility.

7. Refund Policy

i. All payments and deposits are non-refundable once booking confirmation is made.
ii. Once a session begins, fees are non-refundable, regardless of satisfaction.
iii. If discomfort arises, clients are encouraged to communicate with the therapist within the first 15 minutes for adjustments.
iv. If a session must be postponed for medical reasons, clients may request to change to a later date, subject to availability and management approval.

8. Health & Safety

i. Clients must disclose all relevant medical conditions, allergies, or recent procedures before treatment.
ii. Postnatal clients may begin massage 3–5 days after natural birth or 4+ weeks after caesarean, depending on recovery.

iii. Clients are required to maintain a clean, safe, and private environment for the session.
iv. If there are pets—particularly dogs—on the premises, clients must inform the therapist beforehand. For safety and comfort, dogs should be kept restrained or in another room during the session to prevent disruptions.

v. The therapist reserves the right to postpone or terminate a session if safety, hygiene, or comfort concerns arise.

9. Packages & Validity

i. Packages are valid for 3–6 months from the first session unless stated otherwise.
ii. Sessions must be completed within the validity period; expired sessions will be forfeited.
iii. Packages are transferable to another client or may be changed to a later date, subject to management approval.

10. Privacy & Confidentiality

i. All client information is kept strictly confidential and used only for professional and wellness purposes.
ii. Data is stored securely in compliance with Singapore’s PDPA (Personal Data Protection Act).
iii. Client details will not be shared with any third party without written consent.

11. Referral & Rewards

i. Existing clients who refer a friend or family member enjoy a 10% discount on their next package.
ii. The referred client must complete their first paid package for the discount to apply.
iii. The discount applies to one package only and cannot be combined with other offers.

12. Agreement

By checking the box in the Client Registration & Health Declaration Form, you confirm that:
i. You have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
ii. You acknowledge Aida Pristine Beauty’s Booking, Cancellation, and Refund Policies.
iii. You consent to Aida Pristine Beauty collecting and using your information solely for appointment and wellness purposes.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q : Do you offer in-house spa services? All treatments are provided as house-call services. Sessions take place in the comfort of your home — on your bed or a floor mattress. A portable massage bed is available upon request for an additional S$80, and will remain in your home only until the session ends.

Q: What should I prepare before my session? Please prepare a clean and comfortable area with enough space for the therapist to move. Kindly provide: • 3 large towels • 1 small towel • 1 bedsheet/linen to cover your mattress • 1 pillow (optional) This ensures comfort, hygiene, and a smooth setup.

Q: Should I eat or drink before the session? Please have a light meal at least 1 hour before your session and stay well-hydrated. Avoid heavy meals immediately before treatment.

Q: What should I prepare after a postnatal session? Postnatal clients should prepare the following items before the session ends: • A clean pair of socks • A corset or postpartum binder These will be worn immediately after the massage to support your recovery, help maintain warmth, and reinforce the therapeutic benefits of the treatment.

Q: Are your therapists certified? Yes, all treatments are performed by a trained and certified female therapist.

Q: How long does each session last? Sessions typically range from 60 to 120 minutes, depending on your selected treatment or package.
