Service Description
The Sapphire Glow experience is a 3-day prenatal program, each session designed to bring deep relaxation and serenity to the expectant mother. Every 90-minute session includes a gentle full-body massage (excluding the tummy area) using natural massage oils and herbal lotion to ease muscle tension, reduce swelling, and relieve fatigue. A light hot-stone application adds soothing warmth and comfort — improving blood circulation and melting away back tension.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no cost. For changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the session will remain valid and may be moved once to the next available slot, subject to therapist availability. Repeated last-minute changes may result in the session being marked as used, as each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for the client. No refunds are provided for prepaid sessions or packages. However, credits may be transferred to another date within the same package duration. Only full packages (e.g., 3-, 5-, 7-, or 10-day plans) are transferrable to another person. Single or trial sessions are non-transferrable.
