Service Description
The Crystal Serenity trial session is an introduction to your postnatal recovery journey. This 90-minute treatment features a relaxing total body massage using natural oils and herbal lotion, accompanied by gentle hot stone therapy. The session concludes with a light binder wrap, leaving you refreshed, comforted, and serene.
Cancellation Policy
Rescheduling & Cancellations Appointments may be rescheduled up to 12 hours in advance at no cost. For changes made less than 12 hours before the scheduled time, the session will remain valid and may be moved once to the next available slot, subject to therapist availability. Repeated last-minute changes may result in the session being marked as used, as each appointment slot is reserved exclusively for the client. No refunds are provided for prepaid sessions or packages. However, credits may be transferred to another date within the same package duration. Only full packages (e.g., 3-, 5-, 7-, or 10-day plans) are transferrable to another person. Single or trial sessions are non-transferrable.
